β Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:
Final sale items cannot be returned
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Include proof of purchase or order number
Candles must be unlit and unaltered
Skincare and supplements must be unopened and sealed
π¦ How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange:
Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was damaged)
Email us at care@essenceinnovation.ai with your order number and reason for return
Wait for approval and return instructions
πΈ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your approval or rejection.
If approved:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
π Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product in a different size, color, or scent (if available).
If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
β οΈ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@essenceinnovation.ai.
Please include clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
β³ Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund yet:
First, check your bank or card provider
Then contact your payment provider β it may take time before your refund is officially posted

π International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only once received.
π Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, youβll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift-giver first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified.
π Shipping Returns
To return your product, please ship it to the return address provided in your return confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance for valuable items. Essence Innovation is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
