Processing Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Rates & Estimates
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Available for an additional charge.
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders during select promotions or when minimum order thresholds are met.
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Delivery timelines and shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and carrier availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Essence Innovation is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If changes are needed, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before shipment processing begins.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund eligibility where applicable.
